Women in Business Networking

We are on the way back from attending the Women in Business Network event organised by the Chamber of Commerce which was held at the beautiful Lakeside Hotel overlooking Windermere. The event took place in the new conference facility which was an addition to the hotel in May 2011 and which in our opinion is a superb venue for any kind of function including weddings.

After enjoying our Cumberland sausage muffins and freshly squeezed orange juice we met some really interesting people and developed a new range of business contacts through speed networking.

We wrapped things up with a tour of the hotel and were impressed with the quality of a recent refurbishment after flooding several years ago.
